The Kompac Kwik Finish 32 allows you to create stunning visuals with raised 3D spot coating effects and achieve premium finishes using UV or aqueous coatings. Designed for high-end performance, this production-grade UV/aqueous coater meets the needs of medium to large digital printers, offset printers, commercial packagers, and converters. With optional die-cutting, creasing, and perforating capabilities, the Kwik Finish 32 enables the efficient production of short-run packaging and prototypes, minimizing setup times and costs.

The Kompac Kwik Finish 32 offers versatile spot or flood coating, including 3D textured spot effects and areas free of coating for variable data or visual effects. It features optional die-cutting, perforating, and creasing, and an automatic stream feeder that accepts pallets or dollies directly from your digital or offset press, eliminating manual loading. The system handles substrates up to 22” x 32” (560mm x 800mm) and coats up to 5,500 sheets per hour. It includes the Kompac High Pile Pallet/Dolly Stacker with a 34” (86 cm) lift and offers a quick 2-minute cleanup and changeover between coatings and primers.
