The EZ Koat 20 Plus is a versatile coating system designed to handle jobs of all sizes. It operates offline for on-demand production, accommodating sheets up to 20.5” wide. For higher-volume workflows, it can be seamlessly integrated inline with large-format printers, creating a fully automated solution. Equipped with the Kompac conveyor system, printed sheets are effortlessly transferred to the EZ Koat 20 for flood coating, curing, and precise re-stacking, ensuring efficiency and professional results.
At HP’s DSCOOP event, Kompac demonstrates how in just seconds, users can apply high gloss UV flood coating to 20” cut sheets printed on the HP Indigo 12000.

Paper Handling
In-Line Sheet Fed: For users looking to produce higher volumes, the EZ Koat 20 Plus can be placed in-line with large format printers to create an automated workflow solution. Using the Kompac conveyer system, printed sheets are automatically sent to the EZ Koat 20, where they are flood coated, cured and re-stacked.
Feeders and Stackers: For increased speed over hand-feeding, the EZ Koat 20 Plus is modular, and can be paired with the following feeders and stackers.
